I found a blurb about the book The Secrets of Jin-shei on Sci Fi Wire today, and it sounded intriguing enough for me to find out more about it. It sounds like an interesting story, although the premise does remind me too much of the first-sister bond of the Aiel in Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series (one of my favs). But I’m always interested in intriguing stories, so I think I might give this one a go.

Oh my my my. It’s only May 1 and I’m so mired in digiscrappygoodness that I can barely come up for air (or coffee refills). Ok, “mired” isn’t the right word. I’m happily buried. Firefox is groaning under all the tabs I’ve got opened as I follow blog trains, download freebies, add stuff to wishlists…
Finally got around to redoing the site…had fun finding lots of “old” graphics, lol. There are still kinks I have to fix…for example, I can find no reason why some graphics are broken. But I must stop trying to figure it out right now…or else I’ll pull my hair out. Off soon to grade…be back…
