I admit that I like Starbucks, although I know they have a long way to go to being a prime coffee retailer (switching to serving only fair-trade coffee would be the best thing they could do). But I just read that they are switching to hormone-free dairy products in their western and New England stores, and soon to follow in all the others! Wow, that’s a great step in the right direction.
