May your day be filled with loving thoughts for yourself first…no matter what, no matter what your circumstances are, no matter how bad things are, no matter what you’re in the middle of. Hug yourself today, tell yourself you love you, pamper yourself. We spend way too much time disliking or hating ourselves for so many reasons…so make Valentine’s Day the day you don’t do that. Just for a day.
Then feel free to spread that love out wherever else it wants to go. :)
