I’m in the process of redesigning this site and pulling out LOTS of ooooold pages. Hehehe. Old as in from before 2000…yeah, in internet terms, FRAKKING ANCIENT. ;-) I should start getting some of the stuff up later today.

The boots I recently got are these: I have the silver ones. Super-cool and unique! (Well, unique until someone else shows up in ’em, lol.) I have the non-patent ones; got ’em a few weeks ago & broke ’em in in Boston. After tonight I *might* post pics of me in the boots. We’ll see……

Potato and leek soup success; more food musings
The potato and leek soup came out very, very good. :-) I think I need a bit more leeks next time, though, and maybe a bit less butter. But hey, I’m learning, so I’ll just have to keep experimenting. Mmmm…
