Day 6

Ok, Power 90 is officially kicking my butt, and it’s only day 6. Well ok ok, I’d let myself get out of shape enough that it doesn’t take much to kick my butt. I’m gonna have to really go easy with tonight’s workout…my body is screaming for a rest day. I’m very tired, slightly sore (thankfully not too bad), but it’s in a good way—I know I’m jump-starting major changes. It’ll be interesting to see how I feel after the first 30 days.
